Do not include real patient names, medication lists, appointment details, addresses, office or scheduling phone numbers, website links, insurance numbers, login information, medical record numbers, or other sensitive information unless you choose to and understand that email may not be the safest place for those details.

Important boundaries

Lighthouse by Dragonfly is an organization and support tool. It does not provide medical, mental health, legal, emergency, diagnosis, treatment, medication, nutrition, or diet advice.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.

For medical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, medication changes, urgent symptoms, safety concerns, nutrition, appetite, weight, swallowing, or eating concerns, contact a qualified health care professional.

Local-first design

Lighthouse stores caregiver-entered information on your device. If your device is lost, replaced, damaged, erased, or unavailable, information stored only on that device may not transfer automatically.

Lighthouse does not require a Lighthouse account and does not connect directly to doctor systems, health records, insurers, pharmacies, or outside calendars.

Optional App Lock helps keep your Lighthouse information private on this device using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode where available. App Lock does not create a Lighthouse account, custom password, or password reset flow.

Does Lighthouse by Dragonfly provide medical advice?

No. Lighthouse helps organize caregiver-created information. It does not provide medical, mental health, legal, emergency, diagnosis, or treatment advice.

Where is my information stored?

Can I track appetite, taste, eating, or weight changes?

You can write those observations in Diary notes and choose whether to mark them for Doctor Summary. Lighthouse does not provide nutrition advice, diet recommendations, weight-loss guidance, diagnosis, or treatment guidance.
